Graham Technology

In 2006 a team from 2in10 worked with members of the Management Group at Graham Technology based in Inchinnan, near Glasgow Airport. The aim of the assignment was to help the team and the new CEO, Mike Hughes evaluate their strategic growth options with a view to driving revenue growth. The two key areas reviewed were Product Strategy and Channel Strategy. The team had already determined its target vertical market sector, but wanted to identify the best Route To Market and understand the optimal Product set to winning new license revenue business. TPLD

Dundee-based TPLD (Team Play Learning Dynamics) came to 2in10 to help develop their Go-To-Market plan and negotiate a value-added-reseller Channel relationship in the USA. As a result of this project TPLD is now enjoying revenue growth through new corporate clients in both the UK and a number of international markets.

2in10 provided material help in helping us to produce a robust Go To Market plan for our Infiniteams and Eduteams products. This plan defined the positioning and messaging for these products and has helped us to make a substantial impact on the markets, both in the UK and overseas. 2in10 also helped us develop a better understanding of the attributes required to develop channel partnership in the US. When Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Company Net decided to revise their strategy and look at developing products alongside their existing service offerings they turned to 2in10 for help. After taking the whole management team through the flagship Step-Change Programme 2in10 arranged for CEO Neil Francis and his colleagues to attend immersion placements in Boston with Microsoft and their US partner of the year Magenic. As a result Company Net has taken on a new direction and is significantly growing its revenues with renewed confidence.
