2in10 and HIE Successfully Complete Executive Workshop Series

June 2007 - Highlands & Islands Enterprise and 2in10 Ltd. have successfully completed its present an Executive Masterclass Series for CEOs, managers and others involved in technology product development and channel marketing.

Companies participating in the series of six connected workshops included Alchemy Plus Business Solutions, HighNet, Interactive Display Systems, Mirspot,, Cánan and e-Availability.

All of the courses emphasized learning by example and featured practical exercises that can be applied to each company's product plans.

Topics included:

  • How to develop strong messages and competitive positioning
  • How to build a product the market wants to buy
  • Making use of the right tools for managing the sales process
  • Finding ways of getting your message to the market
  • Understanding how channels in both new and mature markets work
  • How to manage channels for turnover and profit
  • Understanding the Product Management Role and why it matters
  • Developing an effective market Requirements Document
  • Direct versus Indirect Selling Techniques
  • Developing an effective sales kit

Lessons were delivered by 2in10’s experienced practitioners, who have held senior product and channel roles in some of the leading ICT product companies.
